This page explains what information we collect when you use twinkles.com.au, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address, so we can fulfil and deliver it. If you create an account, we also store your email and a securely hashed password — we never store your password in plain text.

Payment information

We don't handle or store your card details ourselves. Payments are processed directly by Stripe or PayPal, depending on which you choose at checkout — your card number never passes through our servers.

What we use it for

Your information is used to process and ship your order, provide customer support if you contact us, and verify your email address if you create an account. We don't run a marketing mailing list or send promotional emails — the only emails you'll get from us relate directly to an order or an enquiry you've made.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site — things like which pages are visited and how, not who's visiting personally.

Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to complete your order: Stripe or PayPal (payment), and postal or courier providers (delivery). We don't sell or share your information with anyone else.

Access and deletion

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time — contact us and we'll action it.
