Handling Defective or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that you receive defective or damaged press-on nails, we assure you of immediate action to rectify the situation. Ensuring your satisfaction is our top priority. Contact us to quickly facilitate a replacement or refund for the compromised products, as we uphold our promise of quality.
Return Policy
Our return window is 7 days post-receipt of the goods. Unfortunately, if this period has elapsed, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. All sales are final. Order cancellations are subject to a 9% restocking fee.
Shipping Protection
Opting for Shipping Protection covers lost, damaged, or stolen packages during transit, starting immediately after checkout and lasting until delivery. Without Shipping Protection, we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for lost or damaged parcels.
If you have Shipping Protection and your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will either send a replacement at no extra cost or offer a refund for the item.
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you via email about the refund decision. We will not refund goods that have been used or unable to be resold. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a set timeframe.
Regarding Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not been received, first recheck your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank to check on processing times. If after these steps you still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at twinkles@twinkles.com.au.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; clearing items and discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, contact us at twinkles@twinkles.com.au.
Gift Returns
If your item was a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value once the item is received. If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves, we will refund the gift giver directly.
Shipping for Returns
Return your product to: PO BOX 4088, Marayong NSW 2148 Australia. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
The delivery time for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
For items valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
